OpenKrill Coach gives general fitness information for healthy adults. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to your doctor before you start, especially if you have a health condition, take medicine, or are pregnant. Stop and get medical help if you feel chest pain, faint, very short of breath, or sharp pain.
Who can use Coach
Adults aged 18 or older. Coach is not for pregnancy or the first 6 months after birth, or for anyone a doctor has not cleared after a yes on the health check.
What Coach does
Coach builds a general fitness plan by fixed rules from published guidelines, listed on the sources page. It does not diagnose, treat or manage any condition, and it gives no meal plans, supplement or fasting advice.
Passes
A 30-day pass costs 9.99 USD and a 12-month pass costs 59.99 USD. Each is a one-time PayPal payment with no automatic renewal. A pass adds AI check-in replies, coach chat up to 10 messages a day, and restore on a new phone with the pass key. AI notes pause when a daily cap or our spending limit is reached; the plan keeps working.
