Privacy
Your health data stays on your phone. We keep no account and no copy of your plan, logs or check-ins.
What stays on your phone
Your consent, your health check answers, your goal and body numbers, your plan, workout logs, check-ins, weight entries, coach notes and your pass key. They live in this browser's storage (IndexedDB) on this phone. Settings exports all of it as JSON and erases all of it in two steps.
What our server keeps
Only for a paid pass: a hash of the pass key, the PayPal capture id, and the pass end date. To cap AI notes we count calls per day, per pass hash or per coarse network bucket (a salted hash shared by many addresses). We keep no health data on the server and log no request bodies.
AI notes
When you ask for an AI note, the app sends a short summary to our server: your goal, the week number, sessions done, sleep, steps, energy and soreness averages, the week's plan changes and, for chat, your question. Our server sends it to Anthropic (the Claude API) for one reply and stores nothing. Anthropic is our processor for that reply. Your health check answers, body numbers and pain reports are never sent.
Health data consent
Fitness logs, weight, health check answers and pain reports are health data. The app asks for your explicit consent before it stores anything, and you can withdraw it at any time by erasing your data in Settings.
Payments
PayPal handles every payment. We never see your card or PayPal login. We receive the capture id and the amount.
